Can you put frozen fruit in a blender?
I know that fresh fruit is better, but damn a couple of blueberries (fresh) costs $ 5! Then you can put frozen fruit in a blender or clogging it? or should I let it thaw and get soft? Power have the same or about the nutritional benefits of the fresh fruit? Thanks
I think so, but just 2 be on the safe side, thaw at 1.

If in doubt of whether or not your blender can handle something like frozen blueberries, the sure way of knowing the results is by actually putting it to the “test”.
Not all blenders are the same, high-end blenders like Vitamix and Blendtec proved have proven track records of blending hard to blend produce so if you’re using anyone of these, you need not worry about blending frozen blueberries.
