vegetable juicers

vegetable juicers
I just got a blender, and want to know if drinking the juice will give me a piece of fruit or vegetables? ?

Is this not the volume or number of fibers some nutritional or am I wrong? Will I have to use more than one meal (two blocks instead of for example) for the same amount of food? Thanks in advance. May God bless you looking for real answers.

I am not 100% know the answer, for some, but logic told me that you are getting the equivalent nutritional value assuming a 1:1 ratio does not change the molecular structure of nutrients (ie, by heating or cooling of them). Information on juicers is rather limited on Wikipedia, but it's always interesting to know that the juice concentrate may phytochemicals and antioxidants, which sounds as good!
